Ingredients:
- 500 grams of veal bananas
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 lemon
- 1 cube of vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- A pinch of saffron
- 2 carrots
- 1 turnip
- 1 large zucchini
- 100 grams of peas
- 10 pitted green olives
- 1 stalk of coriander
Instructions:
- Cut the veal into large pieces and fry in a non-stick frying pan without adding oil.
